    Day 14

    Milestone complete. Rank tomorrow.

I will have to say this was not easy this time around. I said I can do two weeks without PMO and I proved it.
Now this time it was harder in the coming days leading up to Day 14. I'm glad I am here again.

Second fast (24 hours) done. Easier than my first surprisingly. The only hard part was my emotions were coming in.
(I.g. Depression, little bit of anger, loneliness, and boredom.)
I went to gym while fasting. Not too bad. I can feel some of my benefits coming in again...:emoji_slight_smile:

I felt myself more spiritual even if this was not geared towards that particular goal for these fast. I will continue to do it again next week and more in the coming weeks. I know I can do this.
I may or may not mention it if it is relative to here. This is something I will use a tool for here and other areas in my life as I said. Content that I can do it again.

I know a few people will disagree with me but this lifestyle is like a video game to me. Every day is a win if you choose not to do no PMO. Just like chess as well.
There is one game I am playing still right now on a down time to relax and I kind of view it that way. Every day is very unpredictable. Sometimes, you don't know where/when these PMO forces will attack. Just saying.

    Day by day.

Riverdell is on sight. Keep on going Fellowship!

    Checking in Fellowship friends!

90 Days Free of PMO. 3 months, standard reboot achieved and rank of Grey Wizard.

I'm feeling well rested again and calm. Interesting that I had an urge, very early this morning. I reminded myself what and why I am doing this and how the trade off was a sham.

I will continue to make the day count today. You all know the recipe by now, meditation, exposure, workout, reading and a self-development. It's thanksgiving here in Canada, I am thankful for this fellowship and the support we all give one another.

    Stay Strong!

    @daddyG1981 @Baki Hanma , thank you brothers!

90 days :emoji_star2: You reached the Black Gate of Mordor. Power and wisdom runs through your veins, you´re a servant of the Secret Fire, Wielder of The Flame of Anor, a Grey Wizard.

    Day 1.

I promised not to be too prideful and come back after relapse. It's a fun challenge - I'll leave this like that - no emotional entanglement.

I thought that abstaining from pmo makes me depressed. But today, after relapse, I still feel depressed. Maybe I am just a depressed person. :D No worries. It comes and goes. Swings of life. At least I am not sex hungry today. :D

I started hating to work from home, so recently I am going to the libraries. Yes, I lose some time to travel to and back from there, but I am procrastinating way less. It's emotionally easier. Let's leave home for rest, digest and chores. At least for now.

Relapsed saturday, the loneliness got me. I think was the last relapse for the tinder effect. So now without it, will be doing better strikes.
Worked out and took a cold shower.
    Keep strong my brothers.

I would suggest that PMO can definitely make you depressed, and also the recovery from addiction could cause depression like symptoms. I’m sure you’ll have see the ‘your brain on porn’ videos or book. They explain pretty clearly how it screws with your dopamine response and cycle, which is going to affect your mood and cause crashes and low feelings when you don’t feed the addiction, and guilt and a crash immediately after when you do. Stay strong and good luck

    Day 6 no pmo
    Day 3/60 dopamine fasting

Fasting works quite well (will post details in my Journal at the end of first week)
And I'm proud that I started to do exercise (yesterday and today), I had a cold shower for 4 minutes (close to my goal already of 5 min.) and I did omtermittend fasting (only water and black tea) for 21 hours!
I also was outside a lot and got some sun. I hope my dopamine receptors are thriving!

What's not working so well yet is cleaning and keeping things in order. But I'm on it ...

    Yes, absolutely.
Oh yes, I remember his video editor's name. I haven't heard or seen so much on his Youtube videos because I watch other things on there. I only see his content on IG when I come across it. Inspiring when I come across his post or in my feed there. His awesome, I saved stuff from his exercise posts :)

    Day 431 end

Thank you brother! It's the grace of the Lord really, I don't have strong willpower at all lol. Quitting PMO is essential, but after it comes so much stuff to adjust in life, im sure it never ends.

@Paul S. Really happy to have you back!

    @Redemptionisrequired congratulations!

15 days :emoji_star2: The Elven town of Rivendell greets your arrival. A Council of representants explains the path to Mordor in detail. You´re an Elf now.
Another Elf here. Here are we again. It's feel's good to be back. Let's go.

Again this was not easy this time around.

@PeaceOnEarth108 I was wondering where you were.
Glad to see your doing good and keeping up despite of less check ins  Congrats on the proposal! The right way to go.
@Redemptionisrequired Congrats on Grey Wizard brother! Once I reach there, I would still have to keep going further than standard reboot.

Recap on what I said in yesterday's post on video games. Once you wipe, that is a reset. Once you die, it is a reset. Meaning you have to start all over again. Hard mode was based off of video games here. Since this is hard mode, I consider this to be Legendary mode if you played Halo. Or another like God of War is God mode (I haven't played the new one yet). Yes, this is exactly that. Few hits, your dead lol. Once you have relapsed, that is a wipe (reset). Start all over again. That sucks so much. :emoji_laughing: I might do some more analogies on here relating to video games later on. Once, you break any of the rules, wipe. Back to Day 0.

Any way, I hate losing here just as playing a video game on hard mode and such. Been there and done that in the past. So of course I'm doing this to my best of my ability. Not much of a game rager when I play online against other players. But I have played a single player campaign story mode on Hard mode & those were so frustrating.

And I'm not letting no nay sayers get to me saying "Why you want to go to a longer streak?".

My response is screw you. Maybe, I want to. Moving on. That's my rant for now.

Elrond: You have only one choice. The Ring must be destroyed.

In the council of Elrond at Riverdell and plans to destroy The One PMO Ring.
    Keep on going Fellowship!

    Day 2: check in.
Been watching a two hour lecture of Gary Wilson that's posted on Youtube. Very interesting and insightful. Really gives another dimension on why it is so important to stop PMO.
