and Reels/videos on social media distracted me I almost completed day 5 but at the end of the day,you know the result !

Slept 12 hours or more. Cleared sleep debt of 2 weeks.

 

Day 25 in the bank. The Zoom meetings I attend REALLY help. They give me a sense of “I just need to hang on until the next meeting”. I one day at a time / one meeting at a time.
