Day 1 here.

Relapsed yesterday, thereby resetting the counter. I was a bit disappointed in myself but I noticed something - I still had confidence in myself that I'll get over this, as opposed to previous time where my confidence level was low as hell.

I came across a YouTube video earlier today, centered on NoFap but in a different way. It really explained and dug deep on the life force we give away by fapping - that was deep.

Anyways looking forward to completing this challenge this November
