[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

77/90- I am cruising. It feels a little too easy at the moment. Anxiety is low, depressive thoughts almost non existent and happiness levels elevated. It also feels like time has slowed down. In addition, my ED symptoms are almost gone. PMO took so much away from my life and now it time to reclaim it fully.

20 days in...
Feeling good so far, things start to compel for the better... I think it's a matter of taking it slowly, not everyday will be super happy but equilibrium eventually gets in.

I'm starting to develop a craving for interactions with real women, it's been a while since I've flirted even through text, and that motivates me to take action. I hope to be doing my first cold approaching soon, I'm excited - but nervous too - about it.

And urges are less and less by now. When they appear I just acknowledge them and continue, I think that, as I'm reading SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION, what the book says it's really true: Once you decided to never watch porn and/or masturbate again, with determination, you just stop. I don't feel like doing it. And I already know that if I ever did it, it would be the start of another depressing cycle. So to the f*ck with that, I won't give in and continue working hard for my goals...

78/90- Can't believe I am getting closer to ninety. At one time, I believed my destiny was to be addicted to porn for the rest of my life because it is so hard to break the chains of porn addiction, or so I thought. It is actually easier to be 100% committed than 90% committed or even 99% committed. Once I adopted the porn is not an option mindset or zero tolerance policy, everything started shifting and it has become easier to stay away from porn.

 

Day 1 - Had a relapse again. I wanted sex in the evening. Didn't have any women to text for that. So I engaged in fantasizing and that lead to the relapse. If I have a feeling of lust again, I might make a decision to break my streak or not and if the decision is not to break, I could apply the cold shower tip.

 

Past the 7 day mark woohoo!

 

Day 18. Feeling strong. Don't want to get too overconfident, but I feel like I will never watch porn in my life again.
