    At this day I noticed that every woman look more pretty for me. And my mind is beginning to play tricks at dreams. I dreamed that I was about to PMO then I remembered that I started a new streak and I stopped it. Everything inside the dream. Also I dreamed about being with my wife. So, a mix of emotions but I am good.

    Today I watched the video in Reforged Man when we see the pros and cons of porn and sign the fact that whatever happens I'll continue with my compromise to quit porn because in my case I want to be productive and crave for success.

    So, be strong!

    Hmm so strange. For me it increases energy but also gets rid of urges. Maybe cause I do it in the evening. Maybe you’re taking pre-workout and the caffeine creates urges?

    11th day today (I said I had a O yesterday morning but O during erotic dream doesn't count as a relapse)

    Relapsed. Same reason from last time with other few reasons. Not Twitter but it was peeking to P then eventually MO including a few reasons that started it. It started in the mind and another website that I still need to get clean of. Eventually led to peeking for curiosity then to P (intentionally). Bad but I am keeping up over here.
    Just the time of the year as well so I was expecting it. If I couldn't make it by today (Wednesday) then I knew I wasn't going to make it. Only the first week any way. That's it.

    @Redemptionisrequired That is a good idea for journal brother including putting the strategies in it. I would considering do that as well on my journey when I can. I never have said this but I have been tracking on my physical journal specifically for NoFap as well. So I can check in on there but my priority is here. My physical journal is just as important too. There are other things I am thinking of but physical & my journal here is my importance to track here. That's it for that. I will save more later.

    Keeping it going as a Saiyan. And getting back up. Let's go Saiyans.

    113 Days Free of PMO.

    Well rested today, a continuation of what I set out yesterday. A consistency in making the days count and tailoring your dopamine system to working for you with the goals you align in your day to day. Today I aim to follow meditation, exposure, workout, studying/reading and work on organizing certain areas in my home.

    Keep training!

    @Against_the_demon_in_myself I'm glad you are back brother! Thank you for the book recommendations, sounds like you have learned quite a bit in your absence, I am happy to see that.

    @Yambo Congrats brother! Well done.

    @hewm As others have mentioned brother, do not despair, rise again and learn from this Saiyan!

    @LLOYYD I agree, it's what built my foundation for my streaks. Also, the mental and physical aspect go hand in hand. If you are constantly feeling down and such, it will affect your hormonally, which in turn will affect you physically. This is why I always advise the importance of facing the emotions with which we spent so much time avoiding. I'll likely update T levels on here in my success stories in the future.

    Still going strong and it feels good. Been working on the 100 day 100 push-up challenge and it’s been a great place to put some of that tense energy when it comes up.

    @Redemptionisrequired thanks brother. I like what you said: tailor your dopamine system to align with your day to day goals.
    That will further health and happiness instead of taking it away.
    Also relating to what you responded to @LLOYYD, I fully agree that facing our emotions is a must. This is what allowed me to make progress recently. Without that work I would have kept failing over and over. That's why I emphasize psychotherapy and CBT every so often.
    If we want to live a permanently P free life we have to learn to face our stressors and sorrows in more healthy ways.

    Actually, this morning I had a session again. So, tomorrow is Day 1. Going to report here daily

    @LLOYYD We are on the same day now.

    It started when I looked up steamy pics of my crush celeb. Then it escalated to P. Yesterday I relapsed and today again this morning. I haven't been going to the gym or meditating for a few days too.

    Sorry for not replying to y'all msgs I got caught up so bad with my assignments that I have to stay up all night to finish them. Poor planning on my part and now I'm paying for it. But it helps keep my mind occupied.
     
  18. Did u talk with a moderator? Yeah i guess he was not attached to his parents. That is very rare in India. At his age I didn't have access to porn I did not have phone for myself(I'm also from a poor family so I didn't get a phone until college). Yeah writing a S note here is some very upsetting thing.
     
  19. Yes let's go dude. I relapsed because of a shitty schedule last time while u were gone. And then got caught up in chaser continously but now I'm doing a bit better.
