Hi every one I'm a new fapstrount, i'm 25 years old and I have been fapping since I was 9 years (too early I know) but I learned fapping accidentally and I wasn't know what I'm doing but I liked that feeling. I started watching porn since the era of smartphones and Wi-Fi when I was 16 years old so fapping have increased since then, I had a lot of ups and downs of stopping pmo but my longest strike was 73 days and 67 days and 59 days and many between (14-25) days. I hadn't real relation intercourse with any girl before and I have suffered a lot of pmo of lacking self-steem and a lot more. I am here today to start my new life I want to stop PMO forever, I want to have friends, lover, to marry and have children. Please help me and tell me what I should know and what I should do from now to my 90 day journey of Nofap.

Make sure to start a journal! Go to the forums, reboot logs, select the appropriate age range, and then start a new thread with the title of your journal. Post in it everyday to get your thoughts out and talk and write through the challenges you're facing. This has really helped me personally because I don't normally just talk to people about my thoughts, which I'm working on, and it's pretty therapeutic. You can also just keep a journal of your own, but I would suggest doing a journal on here so that we can see what you're going through and give you support better.
