    Last couple of days were a bit trying but I pulled through. I'm learning what my triggers are and replacing my automatic responses to them with new healthy habits. WOOHOO its FRIDAY!!!

    I don't know if it helps but I pulled my old bike out of the garage and repaired it, so for when I get an urge in the future I can go for a ride and get out the house
