To be honest, I'm struggling tonight. Found myself testing my blockers. Something always gets through, so needless to say, I saw some things. No M, no focussing on anything, just playing with fire. "just" *facepalm*
Anyway, I've added whatever got through to my blocklist, and am turning the computer off. Gotta get off the devices before this goes any further.

 

Gaaahhhh! I still went further. I guess I'll be having a chat with my accountability partner tomorrow.

Day 6 checking in. This is the way. Peeked for a short time (less than 30 minutes). Most of it was looking at thumbnails of videos but still not proud. I think I'll try to add in that that I'll always want more and peeking won't satisfy the urge, it actually makes things worse into my self talk.

 

I’m not going so well here. Twice in three nights. I’ve now deleted a social media app which has been a starting/triggering point for a little while now. That’s one less easy avenue for temptation to start.
