Sorry guys. I'll quit this thread due to too many notifications. But I'll do the challenge.

I'm waiting in the car while my daughter is taking voice lessons. She's 10 and a strong reason aside from all the other strong reasons to quit. I'm going to read some of the posts while I wait. In less than an hour I'll be starting day 2. Success one day at a time.

I'm in day 3. 2 days and 3 hours I've completed to be almost exact. Today I was really out of it mentally. I'd walk into a room and forget what I went in for,misplaced things and almost had an accident while driving. Has anyone else had this kind of experience. I don't know if it's from withdrawing or totally unrated. Anyway I'm on track today and plan to stay that way. One day at a time.
