a new spark in life

    i get addicted to porn at age 15 then this led to masturbation.i use to masturbate 4 to 3 times a day my life becomes hell.i wont be able to communicate with girl,watching porn and masturbation makes me a person that i wont wanna be i use to objectify girls ..not able to concentrate on any thing..i dont know wether its due to masturbation or not but my dark circles increases my body fat increases so much because i felt lazy all the time. then i decided to quit this i stopped masturbation for 1 month i felt so great ..like new spark came into my life i use to play guitar whenever i wanna feel for masturbation or go out and meet my friends ..i use to hit at gym too lost fat ..i cant tell how great i feel..my socia live improves.. i dont wanna change this i wanna continue like this so i joined NoFap
