    Day 0 just started :(
    I had a quite full day and didn't managed that well enough. I was tired and seeking some pleasure. I don't know for sure what I should have done to avoid it. It happenned on my pc, since I block my phone at night. Actually, I got my computer to check in here, but I sudenly had an urge to go check reddit, what I haven't done in months. One thing led to another and I relapsed on PMO. At least it wasn't hardcore, neither I spent too much time. The damages of this fall are fixable.

    Continuing to work on procrastination (laziness) and kcal count (gluttony) which is good and means I am keeping priorities. But on the other extreme of the scale I find my self really focusing in on beautiful women on tv or at work and seeing beauty where I didn't before. So as I flagged before natural dopamine is coming back and I just have to break the habit of following the well worn route of focusing in on beauty - then feeling lonely (which I did not feel when I was flatlined) - then watching films without checking commonsense first, then fishing when triggered, then the rest is history... Key way to avoid this now is to restrict tv to just watch the World Cup and read books instead. So I am committing to that now guys thanks as always for your support.
     
  7. Day 5. Feeling good! Guys do bodybuilding! Improves your self image and thus reduces your changes of doing PMO again. Also women notice you more with masculine looking body(it's like never ending cycle of positivity). I'd go as far as saying that discard all other exercise and just lift weights, because that's only thing that makes you feel like a man inside. Ik this because when I did Nofap couple of months ago I was running 10km, but I didn't feel like a man because I had no idea what a being a man feels like, thus I felt so bad and never knew what it meant. Also I'm studying linear algebra and stuff better now that I have pretty good body(been doing it for a month and not on everyday also). Studies are easier with better self-image. Heck life is better with a good self-image. If you feel like not doing anything because scared, then I'd wager you have a bad self-image. Only help I can offer is that going to gym will like 5x your self-image within month. Nothing else has this kind of effect if you trust me on this one.

  9. Beat procrastination = get good self-image = go to gym everyday if nothing else. Then you feel like working on something. This I think is pretty good wisdom on Nofap.

    Had another attack today, I got my workout in then jumped in the cold shower. During in the shower I was doing my breathing exercises, and I guess I was breathing in a way that triggered the porn memories and got my urges going; ended up having to spend a few extra minutes waiting for it to pass, leaving me shaking. The worst of it is over, but I'm still having lingering thoughts about the memories that I'm trying to shake off; looks like it's another early day for me.

    Day 19. II.

    I think that's enough for today. Not feeling much functional anyway.

    Also, I am not in a mood to write here. As often, seems pointless. But I have to do what I have to do.

    My original dream was 1000 days hard mode. Now, I am more realistic and I lowered it to 365 days. But after years of pmo'ing and/or fmo'ing almost every day and then failing to quit for almost 6 years, 365 days of freedom would seem like a miracle - close to walking on water. But, as I said, many times, I cannot do a lot of things, but God can do everything. What's the life without big dreams and belief that it can happen? We have to believe, ask God for help and show that we are serious about this. Freedom is possible! My belief about this freedom is weak, but it's still there. I am not giving up.
