20 year old newbie

Hey everyone,
I am 20 years old male, set to complete my graduation in 2023, I started watching porn when I was 13 without knowing that it was right or wrong, I was not aware of this, but as the time passed and I learned about more this I started becoming aware of the right information got to know that this thing has demerits in the large amount.
so now I want to skip this from my life so I join this community and took that NoFap challenge .

This addiction affects my life so much like a decrease in my concentration, learning power will decrease, and something more.

I want to get out of this addiction, I’m planning my first goal to be kept is 21 days and
as 1 starts Improving I ll be Increasing the days maybe 90 days.
