5 days of nothing and now it suddenly hit me, restarting

I had a 56 day streak with an occurance like you had now. Only took me 3 days to feel just as good again as 3 days earlies!! So 2 more days to go for you. I know i am right man!

 

Entering my second week. Triggers are hiding everywhere. Instagram is the worse you just want to answer a friend's text and here comes the wall of suggestions and somewhere in there, there will be a picture of some hot chicks. They should come up with a suggestive photo blocker seriously.

This site helps me keep my head cool.

 

Watch out for the triggers! If you see the slightest one, get them out of your sight asap. Once that little voice starts creeping..."Come on let's just look at one more picture of tattaz"... there are 90% chances that you will end up looking at porn and jerking off.

 

In day 4 after a short relapse after 10 days.

 

You're right about the triggers. When I start lusting with or without pictures I need to change my thinking fast. After about a week no pmo I started fantasizing about a woman I know and a couple days later I pmo'd. I can't help the thoughts that come to me but I can choose whether or not to entertain them.
