    Hi. I am new here. I have been browsing the forum for quite some times now and I think it's time for me to combat with my addiction of PMO. I can't go without P for more than 3 days and I hope that with the support of the community, I can quit PMO for good.

    At the same time, I also hope to reduce the time I used on social media website.

    Can I know where can I get the counter?
