    I have had a bad idea of how this works which was: once I get to 90 days, then I will feel less powerless. Instead it needs to be: I will feel more powerful now, then I will get to 90 days.

    Just thought I'd share, it's been a really helpful distinction for me.

    Absolutely true. Also, 90 days is not a magical line. Every change is gradual, and after 95 days you will not feel much different than you did after 85 days.
