Day 4 woop woop won a Christmassy award yesterday because I feed my team at work, they might laugh at me being vegan but they sure don't complain when I bust out the biscuits!
Hit the gym this morning, had to miss the last two days because of a muay thai class and an unexpected haircut (that I booked 6 weeks ago...), one of the regulars started spouting off some racist stuff, I wanted to punch him but he's bigger than me, chatted with him to understand why he felt that way, kinda weird and uncomfortable but he's not a bad guy at heart, it's just sad that people can feel that way

I am in POIS. I am feeling irritated and brain is not calm. I fear the world outside and also i fear the relapse. The triggers are always been there inside my mind and i need to be very careful. 2023 is coming and all i need is a clean 14 days prior to January 1.
