    Day 21/31 I do believe overcoming the challenge is thorough understanding ones urges rather than strength of will. One of the phrases I have is " this will soon pass " when I really do have an incredibly strong urge to fap.

    Day 8 - Still NNN rules for me. So it is a semen retention streak on here.

    I made a decision. I will only go up to the 31st of this month then I'm done. I'll just wait for the next NNN 2023 Challenge. That's it.
