Hi, I have just begun my journey of overcoming my addiction. I knew I had a problem when the porn I would watch became more and more extreme and I would go to great lengths to feel pleasure. I couldn't go a whole day without relieving myself. I am 16 years old and I am a harpist. I really want to be able to focus on my art and no longer be so consumed by my sex drive. I know masturbation is normal but it has become excessive for me. I have gone 4 days so far and tonight i was really struggling so i made a nofap account to help.
