    Checking In. Day 51.
    Workout Day- 41.

    I had a clean day and night yesterday after struggling in the morning. Start of the new year and seems a good day in terms of noPMO for me. Did a good workout today even though brain was making excuses. I am feeling good after that. I also started to take protein today as a supplement after workout for my body. I want to add some bulk as I am skinny when it comes to muscles but have fat on belly which is considerably reduced during these days. Feeling good about my progress.

    Hey guys 2 weeks or something now. No urges at all. It's vacation time though so no work related stress. Every urge is countered with a big NO, porn is ridiculous. Would you say yes to an endless stream of cocaine self controlled injected to your body?

  10. New Year, new me; maybe in six months. Biggest priority this year must be schooling, then mental health, and physical health. Find dealing with the emotions of others and their poor choices taxing. Been spending way too much time with dogs beginning to dislike them.

    Feeling proud and positive, yesterday I completed a course in social media. I'm making a progress , but this PMO thing makes it hard to feel compelled when relpasing, it's been 6 months since the last streak after i got Covid 19, but im still trying and not giving up . I hope this year will be PMO free for me.

    Day 52.
    Workout Day - 42.

    Having a bad day. Not in terms of PMO but I was caught up in a sudden problem an hour ago. I was locked out of my apartment and keys were left inside mistakenly and door has a latch lock so it does get locked automatically. I was out of my home suddenly. This happened because I was talking with the wifi guy who came to solve a connectivity problem and when talking with him I left my keys on the table in my bedroom and in a flow went out with him and without my knowing the door got locked due to wind flowing through the window when I was just out. The point here is, generally in such a situation I used to get so much panic that my heartbeat raises and in such a problematic situations I am generally unable to even think of a solution and I get very angry on myself my blood pressure increases and I almost cry in helplessness. But, this time it was different. I don't know how but I didn't lose my cool suddenly as like I used to do. I found the solution and a trick to get my keys through the bedroom window (luckily I live on first floor so the window was easily accessible) using a long wooden stick and binding a 'magnet' to that stick with the help of a watchman. Luckily my key was resting openly on a table so magnet was able to catch it and within half an hour my key was in my hand and I was able to get inside my apartment again and able to write here :) .

    Generally, my brain stops working in such a suddenly problematic situations. I have had such situations (not exactly this) but I am just lost when such problem arises because of impatient, anxious, self anger, frightened nature caused by excessive fapping and semen loss. But, this time I think the credit for not losing my cool and finding a solution goes to abstinence and NoPMO. This may not seem to be a big issue for you guys but believe me I know it was big for me.

    We could have been our best version if we were never addicts ! I hate myself why did I indulged in M first and then P after few years which ruined my life completely. I could be way way better and successful person. And even after 2 decades lesson was not learned. Shame!

    Anyways, keep up the good work guys, it is definitely worth it. Let's look what's there on the other side.

    good to here that you're home again, I had the same thing with my car got lock out and I panicked first because my shift was about to start i had to take a taxi all the way to my home and got the spare key, it was nerve wrecking experience

    Lost my keys earlier this year because I had unlocked my bike, and distractedly (I was looking at some photos I asked a girl to send) rode off without them. Really silly!!!

    Yesterday, then this morning reset! After hours of a slow night of sights on a cam site, decided to watch something similar to what i was looking for. Best just not to go to site, in morning went to P sites. So very unsatisfactory. Must delete somethings, and try to hit a week then two at the very least.
