How do you know when your PIED is fully "cured"

It could be determined by the quality of your morning woods. If you have hard and firm morning woods (which is not caused by a full urinary bladder, or any form of sexual fantasizing / touching), then it is very likely that your PIED is cured.

It is tempting to test your ability to get hard by having sexual thoughts, sexual activities, touching or masturbation, but these are not recommended, as it will just slow down your progress. Plus, trying to "test" often leads to full-blown relapses.

Personally, I don't encourage others to put too much emphasis on the recovery of PIED (or other similar problems like PE). If we focus on living a healthy life and taking care of our body, then these problems should go away naturally as we go on NoFap.

 

For me I knew it was healed when I could consistently get and maintain an erection with my girlfriend, not just a one time event but consistently every time I'm with her, that means getting it and keeping it during foreplay and during sex, also having no issues putting a condom on without worrying about it going down in the process.
