    From past two days I m feeling strong urges to P and M. As I am on 19th day PMO free, now I feel that some type of huge energy wants to come out of my body. I feel agitated, anxious but I didn't PMO. I don't know how long I am able to stop it. Is there any way to transmute this huge energy into useful work?? I don't want to loose my streak.

  8. 14/365: Honestly, I feel like willpower is like a muscle. The willpower that I required initially to stop using YouTube and social media at large was very limited. I really struggled at the outset. Now, it feels so much easier to say no to social media. Sometimes, I don't even think about it. Also, trying out new habits that require a level of austerity and self-discipline for a limited period of time really has been eye-opening. Staying away from social media for example has seen me become radically happier. I am shocked at this discovery. After finishing my 30-day challenges, I have to seriously consider whether social media is something I want to continue to immerse myself in.
    I also want to try out some other challenges such as waking up at 5 am in the morning for 30 days and see whether the hype of waking up early in the morning is worth it or just ends up making one feel tired. I want to experiment and see what works and what doesn't and improve the quality of my life experience.

    Messed up my sleep schedule and have not been good at limiting video game and tv usage the past couple days. Getting more strict with myself. This will be a good run, slight hiccup and we are back.
