wow, that was a great streak, more than 4 months, you dont lose all the benefits instantly, rember that to get back on the horse, stay strong

my trip to hometown lead to relapse, but it wasnt that bad, i made it for a couple days and then get expose and did some edging then pmo. The worst came the day i came back, Saturday was terrible. But i spend Sunday sober.

Those days avoiding screens, reading a lot and conecting with nature was great. I know i need to keep my head calm and avoid internet surfing
