[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 14 and 15 have been successful. Things in my marriage are still a roller coaster but thats what you get when you lie to your wife about this stuff. Now we are in the realm of I’m not doing anything bad but she doesn’t trust me so this has been tough but I know so long as I keep telling the truth and doing the right thing I’ll be doing right by her.

 

Almost two weeks. Still at it

Day 39/90

 

Day 32. Had a really really good day today. I can feel myself becoming more confident and I feel better than I have in ages. I'm also finding it easier to socialize with others. I took a cold shower this morning and did my workout which is very important to maintain consistency.

23/90 Wet dreams again. I don't remember the content of the dream, but I know it wasn't erotic or anyway connected with P.

 

Day 22. Nothing special.

 

Day 16 about to make significant progress this week and challenge a lot of my normal with EMDR at therapy and I will be seeing a CSAT later this week to help with PMO addiction. Stay Strong everyone!
