    I think it is time for me to post here, I used to pmo for 15 years, and I have not done in in 3 years! I don't even think about PMO any more, it disgusts me.

    It feels few moments of excitement and being left behind with same old problems to deal with, makes fapping a crutch and backstabber.
    It takes away our social and personal motivations. It attempts to objectify women as sex objects.
    I think these things may be sufficient make us feel disgusted with fap-crap.

    If you haven't PMO'd in 3 years, then why does the third counter in your signature say it's been 19 days since you last PMO'd on September 26, 2015?

    yes!!!!! I forget about celebrating, and only worry about my next goal, I don't relize how far I have gotten!! now and then a o is nothing compared to hours a day like I used to!!!

    i am more irritable with PMO i guess that is just the build up of testosterone in my body... which is great.. i am also noticing meagre things like shadows and tress are more vivid... and i appreciate life alot more... and its over- all beauty

    I am glad you said that, I thought it was only me that saw things more clear and sharp, I still have a m and o problem, but as I quit this, some days its like I have a different set of eyes.
