I think it's great you are disappointed! It means you want to continue with your progress. You went 72 days WOW! That is awesome! I reckon if you stopped masturbating and started another streak you would quickly regain your manhood once more. Just get back on that wagon! Be proud of your 72 days. I'm on 19 days and will be overjoyed if I reach 72. Your are awesome.

 

The only way you can start over is by stop touching yourself, enough is enough get it out of your life. Start over from scratch again, that's all you can do and kill those urges.

 

72 days is amazing, I'm halfway to that. When I have relapsed I tend to binge as well, so I think you're not alone in that. The way I motivate myself is just to keep remembering how much porn has ruined things for me, how much time it has stolen from me, and how it has diverted me from real love and relationships while giving me nothing in return. But on top of that, you do of course need other meaningful hobbies and interests.
