second time around

    Hi all,this is the first time I have interacted with you all but scond time rebooting.i reached over 120 days 2 years ago no pm and only O with the wife.it was a HUGE success for me.my life improved massively but over 2 years I've slipped back.
    I'm now on day 8 and my confidence is increasing and I'm procrastinating is much less so here goes .....

    Thanks for that.i intend to.
    I think it could possibly be easier when your single.
    I'm intending to go PM free for 90 days but allowing myself fun with the wife occasionally
