Why don't you like them? Why do you want to repress what is natural, male biology? Repressing what is natural results in an uncontrollable and often damaging emergence of alternative behavior or symptoms elsewhere - like making you more erratically prone to PMO addiction, acting out sexually, or worse. Wet dreams are natural occurrences for normal release as the male biology regenerates and cleanses itself. Wet dreams do not reinforce PMO addiction - just the opposite - it's restoring and regenerative. It is nature's way until we interfere with it by PMO on demand, which is harmful.

  3. Having wet dreams is just a sign that your body has accepted the fact that you're not masturbating anymore. They are perfectly natural and are just your body's way of ensuring that your semen does not stagnate and that everything's still functioning down there. There is absolutely no way to stop them and trying to do so would just cause you harm.

Because wet dreams leave you unsatisfied and causes chasers. Op just wants advice, try not to focus on sexual things I know many people on here used to have a habit of masturbating or thinking of sexual things to get to sleep. But since you abstaining it's no longer an option. Try meditating or listening to relaxing music before bed, your body and brain are used to ejaculating and having so many orgasms so much it's trying to keep that going. I've noticed a lack of wet dreams farther into my reboot with lack of fantasies and ogling. It's not going to completely stop but might lessen them. Plus you can have a wet dream or just a nocturnal emission ( no sex dream just ejaculation) I really hope this puts you at ease, just focus on life rather then wet dreams. I hope everything goes well for you! Stay strong!

And just a quick mention your body doesn't need to ejaculate since semen breaks down to be reabsorbed. Unless your edging, stimulating yourself and causing a build up of seminal fluid in your prostate, coming from a biology and anthropology student. I understand the primal need to procreate (orgasms are pleasurable = a want to find a mate in order to procreate) but self pleasure is a completely different area, orgasms aren't actually biologically necessary. Obviously they are great and produce lovely chemicals which can ease pain, stress, and just an overall feel better mood, it's still not biologically necessary. Just my two cents, sorry for blabbing!

  8. If its the chaser effect of wet dreams that you're worried about, as soon as you wake up just have a cold shower and start doing everyday chores like cooking, cleaning etc. Try to distract yourself until the chaser effect goes away. Other than that, there's nothing you can do to stop them

You don't "stop them" they are a natural part of life. The more you fight your demons the more power you give them, accept and see through them and you will gain awareness of oneself - Anthony de Mello.
