Its good that you recognize how terrible this porn and masturbation thing is but unrealistic to say that you will not touch yourself or lust after women because you definitely will. It would be better to understand that you have a normally high sex drive which is natural and good and work with it instead of fighting it. The energy is there, you have to learn to channel and master it. Sex energy when contained and channeled can fuel workouts, projects, careers and passions. I think you first have to break the links between high sex drive and ejaculation, and high stress levels and masturbation. I think those links are best broken through meditation and mindfulness, combined with a daily routine, exercise and possibly internet blocking strategies
