    Hello,

    I am in day 60. Didnt do much meditation or exercise.

    But for the next 30 days, I want to transmute the energy and do the meditation.

    Last year, I reached day 50 couple of times and then relapse but this time, I need to be careful.

    Next 30 days, let the magic begin
