I`m doing great. But yesterday I was looking at women too much, I have to focus.

 

Hi day 1 clean. Don't get any urges. And this is due to a reason that these days I am busy. And Don't think of that shit.

 

I just want to sleep.I`m reading Mathew Perry`s memoir, he was a drug addict and alcoholic, for that reason I`m learning how to deal with an addiction.

 

I almost relapsed a few minutes ago, but my block system and resolve saved me. I`m going for a week now, I can`t fuck this up.

Hi all, this is day zero for me. My goal is to cut porn out of my life completely; I'll keep checking in here until I've reached 100 days without viewing it.
