Insane surge and acting irrationally

    So I'm on the reboot, Day 11 and I am having huge levels of sexual desire. So much so that I asked someone out yesterday and it could lead to sex. I'm looking back at the decision with regret, I find her attractive but she's a coworker and I absolutely need to do a 90 to 180 day reboot to beat a serious 15 year PMO addiction. We're suppose to make plans soon but I'm not sure I should go through with it. I don't want to be a jerk and say never mind when she calls but I've got to do the reboot. Any advice?

    You could try to have simple fun i mean not going too far... that's what I'd do. If it looks too hard, just have an insane workout instead (you could take her to the gym too ;p you both will be too exhausted to do anything else xd) and the urge should fade i guess...

    I've thought if just going out without sex but I know if she even gives me a hint that she wants to fool around I won't be able to stop myself. That's what worries me.

    Accept to be the jerk for now and you will be the big boss for the rest of your life !few weeks are nothin'... you'll have all your time then to get her back ;)
    it takes pain and sacrifices but it's worth it i think
