    No. You could rig up something yourself I guess, but be careful. It all starting to sound a bit fetishy to be honest, I think you're better off putting some pants on and forgetting about them for a while.

    A better idea, if you want to use the motivating tool of (mild) pain, wear an (loose) elastic band on your wrist (make it a characteristic colour so that you are reminded why it is there). Every time you get an urge, find yourself idly searching for P-subs on instagram, or whatever it is that is your first trigger that will end in relapse, give that elastic band a nice firm SNAP.
    Remember that you aren't trying to self harm, so it shouldn't leave marks, but as a psychological SNAP back to reality, it might help to change your thought process.

    You could get a chastity cage. It's like a vage or metal sleeve you canlock your dick in. BDSM thing but might prevent you from yanky-wanky.

    God didn't create us with metal cages with painful shocks or belts around our private areas.
    He did, however, tell us to practice self-control, which is a fruit of the spirit, along with love, gentleness, and temperance.

    You can get any device and it can temporarily curb the behavior, but the underlying mindset and unhealthy reasoning that drives the behavior will still be there until properly addressed. True healing requires addressing this reasoning and changing how you handle stress, for one.

    Excessive masturbation is simply a symptom of deeper unmet psychological, emotional or spiritual needs. Seek to get to the underlying reasons about why you are currently struggling and sort yourself out. Including the "why's" behind your beliefs.

    Address unhealthy thinking patterns you have about yourself, the shame and self-hate you feel. Address your worldview and explore your ideaabout life, God, fairness and deserving, and how you feel about others that makes you feel like you need to fill this "void."

    Identify the root issues behind that "void" and press into this over time so you can be free within yourself and secure. It will take work, so it is also helpful get therapy if you need, there is no shame in getting therapy.
    This brings healing and hope.

    Have you noticed both the problem and the hoped for solution lies on the level of a device? Whether it's smartphone, blockers or something to block physical access (or either devices or your privates) it doesn't involve working on oneself.
