Relapsed. Getting triggered because I just moved to a new place and doing a long distance relationship again --> stress. Big urges to binge game too. No worries, just time to pick myself up and get back on the path again. Building the life you want starts with small actions and decisions.

This is a great site and has helped enormously… both in terms of support and reading others stories and messages. I had two difficult points in the week - where strong urges for MO kicked in! I managed to resist both. So far doing well at managing without dangerous online activities… and hoeing each day that passes that habit gets a little less strong!!

Thanks guys for your support!! Now to get through the next 7 days!!
