Finally out of a 30-day flatline

    Been in a flatline for a month, after pushing myself too far on my last date I had. Today I had quite good MW and have had a bit of libido all day. My concentration at work has been great too. FINALLY. What a miserable few weeks that was. I hope this stays.

    Yeah, it is incredibly easy when you're in a flatline. It's just not something that you think about. Actully that's not entirely true, after you've been through a few flatlines, you know that you just need to stick it out otherwise you'll stay in it for longer.

    Nobody knows. Everyone's is different. The average seems to be 4-6 weeks. It's a horrible pit to think about. The only way through it for me is to acknowledge it and then completely ignore it.

    Its been more than 30 days since I stopped watching prn and mast,

    This is the longest i have ever been..

    But im little worried because recently I used to be getting a lot more urges.

    Being a virgin Always fantasising about sx, i sometimes i feel like im i doing things the right way...
