Relapsed today

    Hi guys i relapsed today after edging continuously for 2 days.i wish i had not seen that triggerring video in tv yesterday which caused my relapse .what i have learned is i should not watch any triggering video in my reboot because it is so overpowering at that moment that we forget our reasoning and fall back upon our old habit.

    i guess by edging you mean masturbating but stopping when you're near to ejaculate. i used to do that and relapse. now i dont. so maybe avoid edging as well.

    Yestarday night i relapsed again 2 times watching explicit contents and today again twice in the morning.feeling bad again.one relapse can lead to many more relapse.

    There seems to be a pattern. I have noticed once people relapse they just binge PMO for a few day or whatever. This is risky as you might become strongly addicted again, the nervous pathways may become stronger again etc etc. So try and get in the mentality that if you ever do relapse you are going to get back on the wagon i.e. NoFap, immediately after you're shower. This way you're probably more likely to feel like you pick up where you left off and reach the same heights or hopefully greater.

    Last 2 days i fapped thrice.twice on saturday and once on sunday.
