I'm sorry man. there is something really sad about porn addiction, and that is the fact that there is no real "rock bottom" to fall to. we all started somewhere and went more and more into "hardcore" stuff. and whatever the reason is, some people just need more and more after some time until you'll fall into the bottomless pit that is the dark side of porn.
just remember that the sad fact is that without the "soft hardcore" of the mainstream porn site, there would be lass people that would search for the real fucked up stuff. so try to remove all of it and not just what you feel is too much.

No I've just say that if y'all poo in your pants when you ear about porn then you need to reinforce your spiritual defense. I've read about people that relapsed after 100-200 day streaks because they were themted by a porn pic...is so easy for the egregore of porn take control on you all? All these days of resisting the temptation then were like 0 if you aren't able to resist the temptation. Just be like Father Sergij (Lev Tolstoj book, it's just like 100 pages it could help a lot of porn addicts like us) where he resist to the temptation of the naked woman, it is a great example and you should read that book. I just quoted my personal experience, friday someone just showed me porn without warn me and I've seen it, even if for two seconds...you just have to resist the temptation..you need to defend yourself and your addicted brain from this shit. This is where you can get the intuition that you aren't just a brain and a body, there is a Spirit that defend you. Why if you are just a brain consciousness then it questionate your porn addiction? You understand that your brain is addicted, but it is pleasure that seem to be good to yourself (even if it isn't), then why your consciousness want you to stop watching it and O on it? This is my point, there is a Spirit that wants to defend you from porn addiction and isn't the brain, since the brain is addict and ask you to watch porn. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

It feels pretty balanced, and at least I didn't insulted anyone , I've just said that you can't poo in your pants if you see porn, since our society is porn-based and every tv commercial, every advertisement and even how people dress is part of the modern society, and it could temptate you. This man is complaining because he seen some fetish things on 4chan, ok, but you knew the risk on enter in sites like these. You need steel nerves to resist to this. I'm not here to make doxa warfares, if you want a debate go on reddit or twitter.
