Recently, i've been walking by some people and they're always talking about those dirty websites that, unfortunatelly, we all know.

Not only that, but also when i'm with my friends, sometimes that subject comes up and since most of my friends don't even know what NoFap is, i end up getting caught in a conversation that'll not be good for me.

I tried the old-fashioned advice of "stay away from those friends", but it's not only that. Sometimes, random groups of people that i'm interacting with use that subject to give examples and stuff.

How am i supposed to deal with that? Is there some sort of mind trick that can make me close myself to those subjects or something like that?

Its a tricky one. Best advice is to havw the confidence to change the subject - just ask a question, anything. It isnt so unusual not to want to talk about porn.

I guess "i dont watch it" isnt a good plan unless you are prepared for a debate or defence of it, which you might not be ready for?

Be on your own for some time. If they talk about these things they're not true friends anyway...

  4. Shows us where we are at, as a society.

  5. Or simply don't care. That's a great opportunity to train your temper. A true man should be able to listen to some sh*t and not care.

However, if possible, avoid such conversations and try to change the topic. Don't let this be a trigger for you.
