To all which are on great streaks, here are my words to you.

 

Hi Team,
this is my first day of NoFap, I need an opponent to battle.

 

do you want to challenge me?

 

I think that rule only applies to the person that is currently under three days. I was well over that. Anyway I thought I would come back briefly to give a better explanation to the group.

I am going to be entering a pretty intensive therapy program because I need to take bigger steps to tackle my mental health issues and I want to still practice nofap, but I got to also make some other changes. One of these changes is no social media and I have to include forums like this site and Youtube mainly in that. Social media just saps away too much of my attention and combined with pmo addiction is probably the biggest problem I have right now.

I was tempted to delete my account, but I won't because this place is a part of my history. I'm not sure how long I'll be gone and I think I'll try to keep the counter active still. I would like to at least get a few months clean of social media and pmo as I do this program though; I need to be fully focused on that.
