When I do consume caffeine apart from all the possible bad things you probably have experienced yourself I feel the urge to have sex or masturbate often after it, but it is a fake feeling.. My libido skyrockets but my bloodflow to the pennis is restricted. Therefore I don't feel great erection.

On the bright side, when great hydrated and rested I am completely dominant in bed.

Completely support you in your fight with caffeine, it is worth it. Although, there is a lot to support it in the media, it is flushed in our daily lives but... the media is to be avoided by itself.

I just offered myself, cause I didn't knew.
    He can choose the other.
To me it is a duel me vs me, but if I am able to help somebody while being self-accountable is always a plus.

Caffeine gots me because I am a big reader and sports guy. I do really low dosage, but I feel it is not worth it in my bones. I have strong intuition. No excuses, just analysing. No excuses for us all.

@adbread I propose this, since it seems we won't get a response from @ZenMode,

A straight win under a month +3 points.
Over a month, 3+3 points for the over month win =6 point total
    Two months 3(regular win)+3(1 month win)+4 (2 month win)=points 10 points total
    Three months 3(regular win) +3(1 month win)+4(2 month win) + 5 (3 month win)= 15 points total
    Four months 3(regular win) +3 (1 month win) +4 (2 month win) +5(3 month win)+6 (4 month win)

I think this will provide insensitive for those in longer duels.

A loss will equate to -1 point and a draw +1 point for each duelist.

So, to clarify, each additional month garners all the previous point achievements, and each month in length, gives an additional extra point (meaning 4 months give s you +6 and 5 months gives you +7, 6 months gives you +8 so on and so forth)

If I return in a month, I'll take over given i'm next in the chain, but let's create a private group chat between the two of us with the scorings. As I will remain on the forums. We can update at the end of each month. Also, given we don't have the starting points. Perhaps we can reset the scoring and start from scratch, but that depends on the others or we can just give a default 3 points for each current win next to someones name(going under the assumption that each win was done under a month)

Also, given there seems to be some grey areas. Perhaps, the people who initiate a duel can decide what the boundaries of that duel are. Meaning, if someone wants to quit P-subs as well as porn they can mention that as a part of their duel. Maybe we can even open it to those who only want to quit porn too, as long as their opponent agrees to said parameters. My only concern is that some may find it unfair, given they are going full abstinence from PMO.

Let me know what you think brother.

@Newbie Jasper At this point brother, if @HiddenWarrior does not check in the next 3 days, then you have won the duel by default. I don't believe he had mentioned he would leave for this long.

Any streak over a year takes grit and there is quite the learning curve throughout. In my opinion it helps clarify certain needs in relation to nofap. I've learned quite a bit having gone 450 days free of porn and around 400 days free of MO, following by my 180 streak, which has lead me to want to test a slightly different path. All for the purposes of growth and self-development.

Don't fret, you won't turn into a rabbit, but perhaps going that far will teach you to rein in your sarcasm and acquire a modicum of respect and humility.

I can only hope he did not relapse, but regardless. It’s not fair to you, as you’ve been dedicated to the duel from the start and deserve someone who engages with you throughout.

Has it been 3 weeks!? If so, forget it. You win, congrats and thank you for your dedication to the duel.

With the new rules I put above, you have gone over 2 months. So 10 points total.

!!!! Disclaimer to all: To avoid any future issues with disappearance, we will strictly adhere to the 1 week check in rule. Regardless of advising of disappearance. The reason for this is to be fair to those who are active in the duel, as this duel serves as an accountability partner. It is not fair to ditch your AP, so your duel will automatically be forfeited after 7 days !!!

So far as I can tell @Redemptionisrequired - these are most recent messages from my opponent on 6th and 11th May. A few days or a week or two is OK. This just doesn’t work though.

Good idea, the point of NoFap at it's core is to promote growth, not to see who is better despite this being a NoFap duel

    @adbread Checking in.
We've been doing it for about a week now? And how long was the longest duel, 3 months I think, right? So that's about 84 days left to go until we brake it—seems easy enough.

But we gotta brake it not just by a day or so, we gotta set a new record, so lets go for 4 months at least! How do you feel about that?

Being more fair would be indeed nice. I mean in the past you have claimed that no psub rule applies to everyone in this challenge; if you say this to somebody they might have no problem to duel with you this way, like I did, which is fine, but the thing is that when most people read the official rules of the challenge upon joining they read "no PMO" and don't count psubs. Because the current rules right now clearly mention only "no PMO":
No mention anything about no psubs...

@Redemptionisrequired I get that your own personal definition of "PMO" also includes no psubs, but that is not the official NoFap definition of "PMO" and not what most people think of when they read it...

So it's unfair to expect me, or somebody else who you might have singled out by demanding them to do it with no psubs, to keep dueling others with your rules when their dueling partner might not go by the same rules, because they red the official rules in the main thread and they say something different. So one person is doing it "no PMO + no psubs" mode (because you say you are mod here and you say to them this is how they should do it) and other person is doing it just "no PMO" mode (because they read the rules and they said nothing about psubs)—like this we get in all kinds of unfair situations where one person is reporting a loss cause of quick glance on Pinterest while other is slipping on psubs all the time while still going. You see the problem with this?

I mean if you guys want this challenge to be no psubs also, and to be fair, then you have to let everyone know the rules equally, and the way to do it is simply for @HiddenWarrior, when he gets back, to edit the original post and add the "no psubs" rule. Until then it just makes more sense to follow the actual rules that are written down on the original post—no PMO—no Porn, no Masturbation, no Orgasm.
Sarcasm for life baby, humility is for rabbits! ;)

But in all seriousness, I gotta give it to ya, over 400 days was a pretty damn impressive streak. Maybe a change of strategy will turn out beneficial for you to get on a good streak again, you do you man. Looking forward to reading your next report in the Success Stories forum section. Best of luck in whatever strategy you're doing, hope it works for you!

Hey everyone! I think we should reset the rankings and start fresh as there are a lot of inactive users on that list that haven't checked in for a while. So in my opinion we can start everybody off at 0 and implement this new point system you have going on and call it a new season.

Agreed should be a standard rule for everybody. You can't just say your not going to turn up for months on end and expect the duel to carry on. You must forfeit first if you will be leaving for any period of time.

Hi brother, do you think it is better to give both fighters additional score for long-term duel (+1month) or just the winner?
