    Hi everyone.

I started Hardmode PMO last month. I replased multiple times during this month. One of the major reasons for my relapse was my late night adventures on my phone. i was texting or reading stuff on quora and before i knew it was jerking off to some video.
I have started a new 90 days challenge since today. I need suggestions to block websites and other triggers on my smartphone that can lead to a relapse.
All kind of help with be appreciated.

Unless your a business man who needs emails and such, then id say get rid of your phone, Get yourself an older model that just does texts.
At some point you have to learn how to fight those urges. If that is impossible then removing the temptation is the only way.

If your pretty clued up on technology there will always be a way to bypass any nanny software.

    Thanks @Booster .
But my work doesn't allow me to downgrade to a older mobile phone. I am working as an on-site manager so i have to regularly stay in touch with my team via emails. Also, I am pretty much on the move always to i need maps and cabs apps as well.

I am using a app called offtime which blocks app according to a preset schedule but even that malfunctioning after a recent update and the old version is not supported anymore.

Then id focus on stopping yourself than relying on your phone, the brain is very much a creature of habit, the more you stop yourself the easier it gets. Its all about training your self, thats the best skill you can have when stopping an addiction.
If you put your faith in a app or software you will always be open to temptations.
