Just like the title says, will quitting smoking and chewing tobacco help speed up the reboot?
    Anyone have experience with that?

What do you mean by speed up the reboot? Decrease the time in which it takes for you to regain your potential? Would be the first time I've heard about that. I'm not really a control experiment because I had already quit smoking but I didn't notice anything. Most of the stuff I experienced seem to be about average. Having said that, I always recommend quitting smoking but I'm not gonna preach it to ya my man. Do what you need to get through this and take one addiction at a time. I couldn't imagine giving up P and smoking at the same time, but more power to you if you can!

If your going to feel like shit you may as well try to see if you can do both at once. whether it will be twice as hard or twice as quick to be clean will be interesting.

Basically I meant help with dopamine receptors and helping them get back to normal.

Thanks for the responses guys! I appreciate it!

Having quit smoking a few times, now I just smoke the occasional "social" with a friend, say 2/month, I could say that I would not have the will power to quit both P and smoking at the same time.
I am increasingly of the opinion that will power is critical to those endeavours and its like a muscle, that must be trained but also rested. using up will power all day long to both not use P and to not use smokes, I my will power would be gone by lunch. I'd rather not risk relapsing on PMO just because I was jonesing for a smoke.
