    Hey everyone. I'm currently on my third go around trying to complete the reboot. I was just curious about how many times other people have relapsed before they reached their goal.

    O but only because i gave up smoking years earlier, that took me loads of attempts 20 plus, but its soo similar, so the skills i learned helped so much.
    That and the humiliation of constant PIED drives me on

    Hi Almtead,
    I relapsed 2 times since i started NoFap. I signed up 1,5 month ago.
    If i do the calculation Nofap prevented myself at least 35 times from fapping in comparison to if i would have continued like i was used to. Just the thought of this makes me smile right now :D
    i wish you a clear focus buddy, may you reach what you desire.
