Sex scenes in movies & tv shows??

Hi, I'm in 10 months without PMO
I watch some tv shows and movies and they are contain some sex scenes with nudity, is it ok to watch them even if you click on forward when those scenes shows up?what about feeling some arousal before clicking on forward to skip the scenes,does will affect my reboot and my counter?in often I don't fantasize after but sometimes they come like flashbacks like I can't resist.

 

What if my brain fantasize about them later?

 

In fact I don't watch them so much but sometimes they pop up

 

What if I knew before that movie contain some nudity scenes but I don't know where? however I want to watch it but not because of them.

 

Yesterday I saw my friend watching an ecchi anime that's have many nudity scenes and I watched with him and I didn't know before, however when I knew I couldn't resist when shows up I turn my eyes to another place and then I turn them again to the screen after moment, however after hours I got some strong flashbabks from those scenes they pop up and also from old porn I was addicted to but until now I try to avoid them, was what I did affected my reboot and my counter?

 

Also what if I got half boner on scene does not include nudity or sex, that time I was so worried.

 

One of my last moments, I was explore images site for reason and during that's time I saw many porn images, however I didn't involved with them or fantasize later (maybe I did two or three times without arousal) until now I feel anxiety because I don't know if was affected my counter or not, do you think that I have to reset it again?

I think no because I was only explore images but when I saw them I did not do any reaction like before months.

 

Today I searched for anime on instagram that contain some nudity but I thoght that I will not find anything for term, however I found many pictures I watched them for seconds and then I close it, during that time my hurt pulsing was fast، I feel so worried that I lost much of process although I didn't fantasizing later about them, what do you think?
