Im on my day 2 and relapsed again .Earlier i was able to make it to day 16 but then I was feeling like shit the whole day . I was having no motivation to do anything and feeling depressed. I dont know where I am going with this nofap journey , it just gets too tough after you reach your limit ( depends on person) and then everyday feels like a decade if you keep thinking about what you are thinking. And then you relapse again. I found out that smartphone addiction is somehow involved with my nofap streak so Im just gonna switch off the phone this whole month and try to reach new targets . I will be thankful for any words of motivation from you guys !! Sorry for bad English.

Set an achievable target always. Make sure you never get bored, because that seems to trigger many people into PMO. Keep yourself occupied and happy by doing things you like. For example, I try to finish any homework I have remaining whenever I feel mildly frustrated. If I see myself getting bored, I disconnect from the internet and start playing video games or just go out and talk to others in my dorm.

I agree! So, you need to change your thinking. Fill your brain with positive stuff. Stuff that makes the time fly. If you're switching off your smartphone (not a bad idea) read books. Do whatever hobby you haven't had time for (because you've been wasting it on fapping).

How does the (very impressive) 202 days without PMO in your signature compute with being on day 2 again? Are you counting 2 different things (PMO and MO??).

Good luck. And your English is just fine. :)

Your on the right track. I seriously think self-forgiveness may work wonders if your frustrated because it seems to help with energy, and also it may be able to stop bad thoughts. Keep working hard and look for concepts and patterns on hard days. Also, a sure fire way to stop a craving is go for a walk or exercise.
