    hey there,

    After many failed tries i decided to log in to this page als i See it as a great possibility to get rid of this disgusting addiction. I hate myself for being addictive to this and I feel very weak and "unmanly" as I do it. It ruined many chances I could have taken in my life and I will take this fight against this addiction.

    May God help us all on our journey

    Stay strong. My number one beginner tip is get an Accountability Partner/Group and really educate yourself on this addiction!
