I'm 21 and I started watching porn when i was eleven and i really want to change. I'm sorry for my bad English because I'm not a native English speaker. My girlfriend just broke up with me today because i felt the urge to have sex and i nearly raped her. I really need your help guys, I love her so much. I want to win her back. I want to change. I'm a mess. I need to establish control in myself before it ruins me
