Hello everyone. I came to finally know how PMO works.
    1. Physic effects.
    • PMO has a tendency to typically Isolate it's captives psychologically and Socially. It's takes one copletely away from people. If he/she staying with people, everything becomes boring.
    • Since testesterone (a vital hormone for men, it is produced in the testis) is thrown away in plenty during M, it leads to;
    - unhealthy hair or even complete loss of hair.
    - little muscle formation
    - loss of Confidence
    - loss of self-esteem
    - weak erections
    - low fat metabolism
    - Anxiety, fear and so much more.
    2. Emotional effect
    • M destroys a Human beings emotional system completely. To be specific, it makes one become Emotionally Unstable. This then leads one to think that people hate him/her although one may suffer from child abuse or any other type of abuse.
    3. Numbness of sex parts.
    • PMO has a tendency to numb the sexual parts if practiced for a long time.
    4. Control of the Mind
    • Along with the act of M, comes fantasy of the Mind. The real danger lies where Guilt rises in an individual as he dwells in the world of fantasy.
In addition, nothing seems Possible in a PMO addict life.

For the last 167 days of nofap, I've seen many positive effects. I've become so Musculine. I've a lot of hair now everywhere. Even on my hands.
I have also been through heavy Shit.
    - ups and downs
    - irritating feels and a few others. The good thing is that the positive effects outshine the heavy shit I've been through.
All I need never to practice PMO is to just remember the priceless things I've lost to PMO. The memories of my girlfriend disturb me alot. I hope one day my weak heart will forget her.

Very inspiring post man. Thanks for sharing. I've only been on this site since Thursday and I got on today because I started to feel the temptations already. I'm glad I got on because your post has really helped me. I'm currently trying to build muscle and cut fat so its a big help to know that staying away from PMO will help me with that goal. You're a good dude, keep up the hard work and it will continue to pay off. Thanks again man.

Going back to pmo simply makes things worse. It's a prison that robs one happiness and most importantly, it robs one fulfillment. keep moving forward.

You are most welcomed. See, I have a lot of Muscles now. I have never been this musculine since I was born. I no longer get depressed. Things seem possible again. I am a form two. This is my first weekend without completing a Maths assignment. I dont know what happened to my brain and memory. My brain is sharp as never. I no longer get difficulties in making simple decisions. My social anxiety is gone. I could tell you so much but I will leave at there.
Abstaining from PMO is a great Thing. It's not a joke. The rewards are astonishing. keep going on.

Before Nofap (when I was pmo'ing daily), I used to have fights with my family almost like everyday, didn't talk to them much, was generally depressed and easily angered. Pmo does make one emotionally unstable. This has all changed now. I'm always that positive happy guy :)
Great post man, the details are accurate too. Keep up the good work!

Very good post, after reading it one would be a fool if he chose to PMO instead of tough it out and gain the benefits that you speak of.
