Newbie needs help

    Hey all, I've recently have a couple sexual encounters with women and havnt been able to get an erection, or at least hard enough for sex. The first time this happened was with 2 girls at the same time so I thought maybe it was just nerves. I did some reading and realized this was due to porn. I've watched porn for like 4 years and I'd say average of 5 times a week. If I quit will I be able to get erections again? I did manage to have sex once, but even the morning after with the same woman I wasn't able to get hard again for sex. I really need help!!!

    Hey there, I guess it is hard to tell why you are dealing with your problem. But porn addiction might be the cause. I would suggest you take a look at the "List of Rebooting Resources" at the top of the newbie section here - gave me a good insight. You can read a lot about porn addiction (you already did some reading, but there's maybe more) and the effects. Also take a look at the Forum "Sexual health" - some stories there too that might interest you. Good luck!
