    You want to learn as much as you can. Read beginners diaries and success stories, they are great reminders of where people were and how nice life is on the other side. Write your story. I was typing here like crazy for the first 3 weeks, now I am focusing more on my past mistakes and spiritual and emotional improvement. I am loving my journey and I would love it if you could join us on it too. Do not be afraid. You have done 2 days. Many say the first 2 weeks are the most difficult and then it becomes easier.
