THE SOLDIER'S JOURNAL, OR: WITH GOD ON MY SIDE

Hello my brothers!

My name is Mr.NoFapster, I joined NoFap about 10 months ago with one intention - beating my addiction for God, for the girl I love and for my own sake.
FYI I'm a Catholic, just saying. And a committed one too, so I'll mention God quite some times, just saying ;-)
So, I joined cuz I was on a spiritual retreat and learned, that PMO is a sin and how destructive it really is. I had a good confession after quite some time and I vowed to fight this addiction. With God's help.
Also I fight this cuz of the girl Iove (she invited me to that spiritual retreat), she changed my life for the better. If it weren't for her I wouldn't be here. And I really love her, I didn't feel about any other girl like I do about her. I'm willing to give my life for her. And I don't even dare to fantasize about her. God forbid! So yea, it's also for her... This battle I mean.
Well moving on, in the first few weeks I went for like 7, 8, 15 days PMO free, then 40 days before Easter (when you need to fast) I battled it with all I had. Fell a couple of times but managed to go 47 days PMO free, which is my record, at the moment atleast. When I fell... Things only went downhill. Since then I never got past 20 days. I'm struggling to get to one week. BUT I DON'T GIVE UP!
And now, I decided to write a journal. A brother from the Prayer Group here on Nofap suggested it and I decided it was a good idea.
So yea, I'm writing a journal.
Why the journal of a soldier? Well cuz I am a soldier of a sort: I fight PMO, I fight for my God, and the one(s) I love... No surrender is allowed. Only when I die can I leave my post.
NOFAP! NO SURRENDER!
Oh, and one more thing: just recently I started going out with that girl... We go out for a coffee, talk, laugh, have fun and she really seems to enjoy it. So we go out every week or so. When she has the time. It's really a blessing, I've been praying for this for over a year. Thank God! And it's great, cuz she's the first girl I ever went out with...
So here's to all of you Fapstronauts: if I can get a girl, all of us can! We are the true men! We fight PMO, we don't want some pixels on a screen (even if sometimes it looks like we do), we want the real women! AND WE GO OUT AND GET THEM! CUZ WERE THE MEN!
So yea, I guess I'll start with day 1...

THE SOLDIER'S JOURNAL: DAY 1

It's Monday. I went to school. Wrote a test paper from English, came home, ate my lunch, which was excellent Btw. And then I went to nap. I woke up one hour later. Now I'm writing this. Didn't have any major urges so far, so thank God for that.
I'm going to study for a test paper I have tomorrow... And for the one I have on Wednesday... I don't really have the will, but I have to do it.
After I do that, I'll play some video games, take a shower, go to bed, pray (I usually pray for an hour or so) and go to sleep.
Note: NO PHONE IN THE BATHROOM ALLOWED! YOU TAKE IT WITH YOU ON THE BATHROOM AND THERE YOU ARE, ON THE RELAPSE TRAIN AGAIN! BEWARE OF THE PHONE!

THE SOLDIER'S JOURNAL: DAY 2

Welp, I fell yesterday... But I don't let it get me down. I overcame my temptations today, so that's good.
Never let a relapse/fall break your will to fight! Fight on!
So, my day was quite good. Went to school as usual, wrote the test I had to write (it was a really easy one, lol), came home, ate my lunch...
No nap today, though. I studied Latin, cuz I have to for a test I'm writing tomorrow... I don't like Latin, really. But I studied and we'll see how it goes... I just don't want to fail the test. That's it. I'm not aiming for the stars or anything, cuz I dont really care about Latin, more importantly, I need to improve my math... But that's another story. Basically I studied, then I watched some videos on YouTube. After that I took a shower and watched a movie. It was quite good.
Now I'm here, writing... Idk what else should I write, maybe I should spill my guts about smtng? Well I hope my test goes well and that I'll be able to fight off any temptations (with God's help, that is)... I'm looking forward to seeing my girl again... I miss her. Also, she invited me to her place and I'm thinking of buying flowers for her or smtng, that would be nice, right? What do you guys think? Let me know, until tomorrow evening, that is ;-)

Well, I guess that's it for today. I'll go and pray, then go to sleep. Good night and stay strong, brothers!
